TPP Challenge: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is PT The Pilates Project, trading as The Pilates Project ("TPP", "we", "us"), of Jl. Munduk Tengah, Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Kab. Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia. Contact: hello@wearetpp.com.

By entering, you agree to these terms. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Meta, Apple or any other platform.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 00:00 Bali time (WITA, UTC+8) on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 WITA on 31 December 2026. The winner is announced on 1 January 2027. Classes and entries after the closing time do not count. Our system clock decides the time of each class and entry.

3. Who can enter

• Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Not open where contests like this are prohibited or restricted by law. If entering is not allowed where you live, your entry is void.
• TPP employees, contractors, ambassadors and anyone involved in running or judging the promotion may take part in the challenge but are not eligible to win the prize.
• One entry per person. You must enter as yourself, with your own account.
• We may ask for proof of age, identity and location at any time.

4. How to enter

1. Create a free TPP account at wearetpp.com or in the TPP app, or sign in if you already have one. Signing in with Apple is fine.
2. Complete at least 60 TPP Digital online classes between 1 October and 31 December 2026, while signed in to that account. A class counts when it appears as a completed session on your TPP profile. A class must be played for at least 90% of its length, classes played at the same time count once, and no more than 3 classes count per day. Repeating a class counts. Our records decide your class count.
3. Complete the entry task: once you reach 60 classes, submit a short reflection on the question "What changed for you during the challenge?" as either a video of up to 60 seconds (preferred), or up to 200 words of text if you would rather not be on camera. Both are judged on the same criteria. There is no right answer. You might share how your body feels now compared with day one, what changed in your energy, routine or confidence, what kept you showing up on the hard days, or what moving with us has come to mean to you.
4. Submit your entry through the reflection form at wearetpp.com before the closing time.

Only entrants who reach 60 classes and submit a valid entry go through to judging.

Follow and share requirement. To be eligible to win, entrants must, at the time of submitting their final challenge reflection:

• (a) follow all four of the following Instagram accounts: The Pilates Project (@wearetpp), Sundaymood Bali (@sundaymoodbali), House of Orange (@houseoforangebali) and Elite Eleven (@eliteelevensporting); and
• (b) share a TPP Challenge post to their Instagram Story, tagging @wearetpp for verification purposes.

The final challenge reflection is submitted directly through the reflection form on wearetpp.com and does not need to be posted on Instagram.

Entrants must provide their Instagram handle and a screenshot of their share in the reflection form. The Pilates Project may check that the accounts are followed at the time of judging. Entrants who do not have an Instagram account may contact hello@wearetpp.com before submitting, and an alternative will be offered. Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion.

Completing the classes needs an active TPP Digital membership or free trial, at its normal price. There is no separate entry fee, the price does not change because of the challenge, and extra entries cannot be bought.

Entries must be your own original work, in English, and follow the content rules in section 8. Incomplete, automated, bulk, or third-party entries are invalid. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.

5. Judging and winner selection

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in choosing the winner.

A panel of four judges, made up of TPP's two co-founders and two TPP shareholders, will review all valid entries after the promotion closes and choose one winner, announced on 1 January 2027. Each entry is scored on:

The judges' decision is final. We will not enter into correspondence about it. If the winner cannot be confirmed (section 7), the judges choose the next highest scoring entry. We may choose not to award the prize if no entry meets a reasonable standard.

Before judging, we may remove entries that look automated, duplicated, or in breach of these terms (section 10).

6. The prize

There is one prize, worth approximately USD 25,000 in total. It includes:

• A two-bedroom villa in Pererenan, Bali, for 12 months. Wifi is included. Weekly cleaning and electricity are not included and are paid by the winner.
• A 12-month Move and Melt studio membership at The Pilates Project studio in Pererenan. It includes unlimited access to all classes, including strength classes; open gym access from 6am to 6pm; and, at Sundaymood Bali, 6 recovery sessions a month with private sauna and ice bath plus 2 red light mask and compression boot sessions a month. Monthly sessions do not roll over.
• 12 months of TPP Digital, the online class library.
• One coffee a day for 12 months at the TPP Coffee House.
• One manicure a month for 12 months (12 in total) at House of Orange.
• Activewear from Elite Eleven: a credit of USD 1,200, loaded to the winner's account and usable at any time during the 12 months.

The winner chooses a start date between 1 February and 1 April 2027, agreed with TPP. All parts of the prize then run for 12 consecutive months from that date, and unused parts do not carry over. Sundaymood Bali, House of Orange and Elite Eleven provide their parts of the prize and their own terms may apply. Flights, visas, travel insurance, living costs and anything not listed above are not included.

The winner is responsible for getting and paying for the right visa to stay in Indonesia. TPP can help arrange visa assistance on request, but the visa is not guaranteed or included.

The villa may only be used by the winner and their family and friends staying as their guests. It cannot be sublet, rented out, lent or used commercially. If it is, TPP may end the villa part of the prize without replacement.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If part of it becomes unavailable, we may substitute something of equal or greater value.

The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize in their own country, and for their own visas, travel documents and insurance.

7. Winner notification and claiming

• We will contact the winner by email, to the address on their TPP account, and may also message them on Instagram, within 7 days of judging.
• If you signed up with a hidden Apple email, make sure forwarding is switched on so our email reaches you.
• The winner must reply within 7 days and provide proof of age, identity and eligibility. If they do not, or are not eligible, the prize goes to the next highest scoring entry.
• We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords to release the prize. Treat any message that does as fake.
• We may announce the winner's first name, country and entry on our channels.

8. Your entry and how we use it

Your entry must not:

• copy anyone else's work, or include music, images or people you do not have permission to use;
• be offensive, unsafe, misleading or unlawful;
• promote another brand or business.

You keep ownership of your entry. By entering, you give TPP a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and share it, with your name or handle, in connection with this promotion and TPP marketing for 12 months, in any media. You confirm you have the right to grant this and that anyone shown in your entry has agreed.

9. Privacy and marketing

We use your details to run the promotion, check eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Entering does not sign you up to marketing emails unless you opt in. If you are on our list already, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. 10. Disqualification, fraud and bots

We may disqualify any entry, or cancel any account's entry, if we reasonably believe it:

• was made with bots, scripts, disposable email addresses or multiple accounts;
• came from someone not eligible, or gave false information;
• breaks these terms, the law, or tries to interfere with the promotion.

We may check entries for signs of fraud before judging. Our decision on disqualification is final.

11. Liability and changes

• To the extent the law allows, TPP is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from entering, or from accepting or using the prize, except where caused by our negligence or where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
• If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside our control (for example technical failure, fraud, or travel restrictions), we may change, pause or cancel it, or change the prize to one of equal or greater value. We will post any change on wearetpp.com and our Instagram.
• The prize includes physical activity. The winner should check with a doctor that it is suitable for them.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes go to the courts of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
