Data Deletion
Your TPP Account
In the TPP app, open Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and the data attached to it. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete it for you.
Facebook and Instagram
Members do not sign in to TPP with Facebook or Instagram. Our staff tool, TPP Backstage, uses Facebook and Instagram Login only to connect The Pilates Project's own business accounts. For a connected account we keep its account ID, username and an encrypted access token, and nothing else from Facebook or Instagram. To remove that access, remove TPP Backstage under Settings, Apps and Websites on Facebook, or under Settings, Apps and websites on Instagram. To have the stored data deleted as well, email us.
Request Deletion by Email
Email us from the address on your account, or say which Facebook or Instagram account the request is about, with the subject "Data deletion request". We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Backup copies may persist up to 90 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
