Studio Manager
The Pilates Project is looking for a Studio Manager to lead our Bali studio.
The role
- Teach 18 to 20 classes per week
- Manage scheduling
- Be visible and actively present in the studio and wider Pererenan community, representing TPP
What we're looking for
- Pilates qualified, 4+ years experience
- Personal training qualification (or willing to get one)
- A genuine movement lover. This role lives on the studio floor, not behind a desk
- Someone who's excited to be on the schedule regularly and build real relationships with our community
Bonus points
- Experience running or managing a business
- An understanding of and appreciation for supporting local businesses in the area
- A naturally personal, warm approach to community and client relationships
